Refund Policy

BruhBoard is sold as a one-time personal license through Polar. If something goes wrong with purchase, license delivery, or activation, please contact support first so we can help check the issue.

When a refund may be reviewed

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Payment completed but the Polar license key is not available
  • Activation problems that support cannot resolve
  • Technical issues that prevent the app from being used as described

When a refund may be limited

  • License key has already been delivered and successfully activated
  • Purchase information cannot be verified
  • Request is unrelated to a technical or delivery issue
  • Request is made after an unreasonable delay

Wrong email or activation failure

If you entered the wrong email during Polar checkout, contact support with the email used, payment date, and transaction reference if available. Support may help locate or correct the purchase when it can be verified.

If BruhBoard does not activate correctly, contact support with the error message shown in the app so we can help check the issue. Activation problems that cannot be resolved may be reviewed.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether the license key has already been delivered, activated, or used, and whether the purchase can be verified.

What to include

When contacting support after purchase, include the email used for Polar checkout, payment date, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the problem.
